SHIPPING

Shipping Timeframe
Most of our jewelry pieces are made to order, which means that we make it specifically for you when you place an order.  It also means that there will be a short wait until we can ship it to you.   Our current turnaround is 1-3 weeks for most designs. If you need it sooner or would like to know an exact production timeline, please drop us a note at hello@everlijewelry.com, as we may have it in stock.

Sales Tax
New York residents will be charged a 8.875% sales tax.

International Duty & VAT
International customers, please note that your order may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax, which is not included in the item price you paid.  You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your package. The regulations vary by country.  We suggest that you obtain the latest information for your country by contacting your local postal office, or using an online calculator: www.dutycalculator.com

Domestic Shipping
All domestic packages are sent using USPS First Class Mail (free!), Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.  Please ensure you enter the correct address during checkout.  A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.  You may also add Signature Confirmation to ensure your mail is delivered securely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping
All international orders are sent using USPS International First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Most packages should arrive within 2 weeks.  However, delays could occur due to circumstances beyond our control.  Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@everlijewelry.com, within 7 days of delivery.  If we cannot fix the problem for you, we will take back your jewelry and issue you a store credit (minus the initial shipping charge) OR offer you an exchange.  Custom items made to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items should be in their original packaging in unworn condition. Please understand that we're not responsible for any lost return package, so be sure to add tracking service when you send it. 

COMPLIMENTARY RE-SIZING

It’s always best to get your finger properly sized at a local jewelry shop. If you have to guesstimate, it’s always better to go with the larger size, as it is much easier to size down a ring. Should you guesstimate the wrong ring size, we offer complimentary re-sizing.
