Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com, within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot fix the problem for you, we will take back your jewelry and issue you a store credit (minus the initial shipping charge) OR offer you an exchange.
Please note that custom items made to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items should be in their original packaging in unworn condition. Please understand that we're not responsible for any lost return package, so be sure to add tracking service when you send it.
